 1. Introduction Welcome to Bestoo. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Bestoo provides Ride, Travel, Shopping, and Digital services.

 2. Services Bestoo connects users with independent drivers (Bestoo Partners), travel providers, sellers, and digital product creators. We do not own or directly provide these services. 

3. User Accounts You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. 

4. Payments Payments for rides, products, and services are processed through third-party providers. 

5. Ride Services Drivers are independent partners. Bestoo is not liable for actions, delays, or issues during rides. 

6. Travel Services Travel bookings are provided by third-party platforms.

7. Shopping and Sellers Products are sold by third-party sellers.

8. Digital Products All digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited. Once digital product downloaded its not refundable.

9. Prohibited Use Users must not misuse the platform, engage in fraud, or violate any laws. 

11. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. 

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
