1. Introduction This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel services and orders on the Bestoo platform, including Ride, Travel, Shopping, and Digital services.
2. Ride Services (Bestoo Partners) Users may cancel a ride before the driver is assigned without charge. Once a driver is assigned, a cancellation fee may apply. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.
3. Travel Bookings Travel cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party providers. Users should review provider policies before booking. Bestoo is not responsible for third-party cancellation fees.
4. Shopping Orders Cancellation of orders depends on the seller’s policy. Orders may only be canceled before dispatch unless otherwise agreed by the seller.
5. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
